My experience

It is a company that accommodates everyone,they always encourage team work and everyone works at his/her best to fulfill their task.there is always an award awarded to anyone who produces more than a target.Most of the people there are friendly and help each other in different ways.I have learnt that working with other people makes your job easier and you learn so many things from them and that you must always find a way to solve each and every problem you might come across,I also learnt that people are different and they have their ways of doing things.The most challenging part in this company is when there are lots of orders because you have to work harder than normal and when it's months end during stock count.I enjoy satisfying our customers,producing products at the right time, right quantities, right quality, right place and for the right people makes me happy and I enjoy it the most,it makes me really want to work every day without complaining and it feels like it is where I want to be at the moment.

Pros: Learning new things that will improve the company
Cons: Working with people who don't support team work

Great opportunity

Great company to work for lots of good people, growth opportunity. I have travelling a lot for the past 8 years n now need to sttle down for family Parmalat / Lactalis has grown in african coutries n is very diverse, greatfull to have had an opportunity to expirience the diversity

Pros: Always something to learn
Cons: Too much traveling

I would like to apply for the above position

Im working with all the technicions, plant manager Maintenance Manager and the Technical manger. II work with over 60 employees in my department . Regards

Pros: I work with 60 People in my department, including the Managers that is 4 Managers on site.
Cons: I work with Technicians, Fitters, Technical manager , Financial Manager and the Project Engineer.
