Production Coordinator

secI am the coordinator of my department, I handle the HR relative issues, attendence register and do shift planning . We are a cheese factory, I am managing the days planning, milk receiving - Production -Grading/Quality - Packaging and scanning out of the pallets. I do stock counts and managing of the team (50 workers). I enjoy working with the farmers, be the connection between the factory and the farmers. The most challenging aspect in my job is to gain the workers trust and the work rush, we are working 24hours,7 days a week. I prefer working in the private sector.tor.

Pros: we are a international company and I have the opportunity to learn more then in the small factories where I came from.
Cons: 12hour shifts and weekends

Tough Company

Very good company to work for but very tough at times. Colleague communication sometimes challenging due to vast amount of nations working for the company. Very little work life balance.

Pros: Well looked after, lots of opportunities
Cons: Tough, Long working hours, Sometime just a number due to massive size,
