Customer service ,exel word,Microsoft Outlook sap system

For the past five years as an internal sales coodinator at lafarge gypsum I have been leant to deal with customers via telephone and walk in customera and via email. I have learned to to deal with customers and to go via extra mile with customers. I have passion for customers. I have leaned that customers comes first. I've learned to order stock, to purchase stock, to receive stock,answering the phone, processing orders on sap,receiving the stock,,arranging the deliveries to go on time, processing credit note, deposits cash on g4s machine, doing daIly cash recons,.my relationship with my core workers was good we were like a family. Supporting each other
