I hold a National Diploma in Management of Training and have acquired a very good knowledge of Human resource development through my academic knowledge and have a good experience of administration with regard to the position i am holding, currently working as a Plant Administrator at Lafarge Quarry Polokwane. My personal and professional experience strongly makes me believe your will value the role I have acquired through my previous jobs. I have the will and vast to learn any new programme that the position may require of me, as much as I love to join the dynamic Admin team I would bring to the position my personal qualities of commitment, enthusiasm and initiatives.

Excellent learning on the Environment

Im good young man like to share idears with my co-workers. I leanerd to be patient especially when working with old people and slow people. When production is good then obvious I will be happy too. The most challenging aspect is when we have many breakdows on 1 shift

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Working long hours
