It challenging of which it something I like to work with customers touch them when I'm doing facial, makeovers, event, link selling my product it make me fell special& make me wanna do more and exceed my expectation

Excellent for growth

Lencome it very challenging brand u need to recruit every day new client and put my customers on my data base,of which it something I like and enjoy the most.I engage with new people doing makeovers,facial,as well selling my product&link sell it.Most of all it very good brand it give us as consultant to grow

Pros: great for teaching how to sell(selling skills)

Lancome experience

With Lancome as a whole o find the brand to be amazing , it really personifies the words effortless chic. Its a brand that is now created for everyone from all parts and walks of life, and caters for all ages. The Lancome team from on counter colleagues , management and support staff are awesome and really do practise Ubuntu. Well at least the team that I work with. I enjoy meeting new guests and introducing them to the world of Lancome. I enjoy everything about it.

Room for improvement

A typical day is all about numbers Increasing turnover Increasing basket size Conversion rates Daily tracking of kpi I have learnt the value of shadowing superiors to self learn I enjoy working with people the most The most challenging part of the job is that I can see so much room for growth and it is not offered I love to learn so the in house courses are a brilliant way to upsell

Pros: There is always new clientele to liase with and in house courses
Cons: Long working hours
