Challenges is easily excepted and sorted by me.

The business depends on affordability, service with a smile and is time demanding. My relationship with clients and co-workers is outstanding. We are like family here and try to help each other where we can. I have learnt that although my clients is respected people in society in extreme times everyone will stand together to help each other. I enjoy working and organising my clients and staff files and see where I can better the service I give to them. I am always willing to sort my challenges ASAP and enjoy the feeling of solving the problem.

Pros: I cannot be promoted at this company. It is privately owned and the owner is grooming his children to take over in the future. But I still enjoy my job very much.
Cons: Workload is a lot. But I overcome the pressure very well

over demanding co-workers and staff. Never a dull moment. bad communication from management and co-workers. over worked everyday. No perk in job place. far distant to travel for food and supplies
