It's a family company and decision making is difficult. Little vision and mission exposure.

The business is not transparent to employees. Vision and mission not transparent which makes it difficult for employees to change. Employees are great good team work. Good relations with all staff. We enjoy doing continuous projects staff gets involved innovative. The challenges we face is decision making.

Cons: Sometimes work weekends

IT IS A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR BUT THERE WAS LITTLE ROOM FOR GROWTH. MANUFACTURE OF COLLDRINK DOUBLE 0 BRANDWORDAILY CHALLENGES ON A DAILY BASIS.IT IS A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR. COMPANY EXIST SINCE 1946. FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS.
