I had a very experience as ever, I worked under pressure and always meet the deadlines. I am very committed to my work and fast learner, like to work independently but if team is around I am more even earger to work as team.

Excellent listening skills

I am a passionate kind and focus customer service guru who belive in making sure I give the best when it comes to service. I woks as administrator with skills in Ms Word, Ms Excel and outlook. Theres more of data capturing. Approval of replacement bags and authorizing for deliver i work with service providers a lot. Time management is my daily duties. A trusted and reliable person. Take meeting during meetings. I use Sabre new while previously I used Amadeus and CIS. I worked at Kulula ticket sales. Selling tickets and changing booking. I do enjoy working either my colleagues and make sure our customers are happy. Giving solution to their report.

Pros: great opportunity to meet famous people and give them service.
Cons: office hours worker

Learning curve

Aviation has been a great experience for me and I am very glad I was blessed to be a part of this wonderful industry Unfortunately it all has ended because of covid 19. Give the chance I will do it over again
