Admin duties like reception , switchboard , filing . Monthly creditors , forthnight wages , site evaluation , meetings with foreman , program planning , site admin , maintance work to be arranged , arrange meetings fot director , procurement , co workers is friendly , i have learned mostly everything at this current job from meetings to ordering , to do work that is not in your job description

Pros: Great opportunity for school leaver
Cons: Co workers not up to standard

Learning about construction , orders etc.

Its a good experience and you learn new details every day and how to manage workers and wprk under pressure , relantionship with co-workers is great , enjoying to learn new aspects of the job , challenging aspects is to control a site with all wages and foreman

Cons: No company benifits
