Good skills developement

I enjoy working for the company. I mostly work on online Educational Videos. Implementing translated text and putting together The graphics as well as some initial conceptualizing. The tasks are manageable the projects are well structures and organized. I feel like the tasks we do are an important contribution and are an effective an economic way of educating a lot of people on crucial information Because it is a big company and our clients are and our I often feel like iv missed some important nformation and the work flow is it that consistent. We communicate mostly via email which I find quite isolating as you often not so sure if you got the message correctly. A bit more direct meetings would be more reassuring.

Cons: Not enough direct communication. Inconsistent work flow

Good learing experience for me

My typical work starts at 7am -3 pm and then I'm tasked with my work My relationship with co-workers is good I have learnt more about different languages and systems we work on

It has been a fruitful learning curve to experience the pipeline and order in command.

Working at Laragh Courseware has reaffirmed my passion to present concepts, ideas, formulas and fact or fiction to the masses to digital format. Though looking further down the line of experience, I see myself endulging in an interactive environment where upskilling is part of the culture.
