Great Opportunity in a forward thinking Company

As I deal with all departments, I get in early and action any International emails off the bat which due to time differences in those countries need to be dealt with first. I then have an operations meeting with the warehouses from 07:45 - 08:00. This is a typical debriefing meeting.I co-ordinate what In-bound shipments will be received that day and what ISO's are requiring immediate receipting so that no delays occur for outbound dispatch. From 9am - 11am have procurement meetings as well as production forecast meetings. My afternoons are where things really heat up and I deal directly with the outbound operations, suppliers and forwarders. I have an excellent relationship with all departments which is vital for mutual respect and co-operation. The job is demanding, however I enjoy the fast pace that I operate in. The most challenging aspect of the job is ensuring that you are always 100% organized as there are many aspects that occur that are unforeseen until they present themselves.

Pros: It is a great environment and the company has a great value system
Cons: There are not many cons that come to mind.

Excellent learning curve

Recruitment, payroll, disciplinary issues, employee wellness, ESS management. I have a good relationship with co-workers across all departments and levels. I have learnt quite a bit working here, but I feel I am ready to take on bigger challenges in a senior role. I enjoy the working atmosphere, the environment and the high paced pressures. The most challenging aspects has to be knowing that I am capable of much more and unable to move from where I currently am within the company.

Pros: Great company to work for and build a solid career
Cons: Poor growth potential for HR staff
