Production Supervisor

Over twelve years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry. Beginning as a Maintenance Fitter where I gained a lot of technical experience supporting the Production Teams, ensuring machine availability. I have a strong background of root cause failure analysis, planning, prioritising, excellent attention to detail, good interpersonal skills and problem solving. I moved to production to become a Senior Process Controller. I had my own shift and ran a tube mill. I performed mill set ups as well as supervised a team of ten people. I got an opportunity to start at Lasher Tools as a Production Supervisor. I currently have a department with three team leaders and fifty production operators. I plan the monthly production activities for my department from processing raw material, forming Work-In-Process and final assembly, providing guidance and support.

Managing the branch and warehouse . Receiving .dispatch .logistics .planning .staff related queries . Phoning customers to ensure they happy and for orders .cleanliness . Leave forms . Petty cash . Vehicle maintenance. Sales tracking .

Tool sharpener and Operator

I am currently working at Lasher Tools as a tool sharpener . My duties include maintaining and sharpening tools. My duties at Lasher Tools has also exposed me to various electrical equipment which has given me the practical knowledge needed in the electrical field

Pros: Excellent environment
Cons: No room for improvement and growth
