It was full of developing courses that I am fit to tackle any job

It was a dynamic environment that has technology base, ever changing processes to equip one to view technology as it paced internationally . colleagues interlinked in empowering each other, old employees knew various solutions to one challenge, new employees shared new solutions that are introduced by ever changing technology. Each day was full of new knowledge that adds value in and outside the office. I enjoyed dealing with providing solutions for customers at large and ensuring a smooth relationship ensuring my company is represented accordingly.

Pros: great knowledge that can take you in any telecommunications organisation

Best personal development and training offered

The ICT industry has lot of ever changing information that eqquips one to tackle any ICT industry ith confidence. The structure is fixed for a long term, no change in divisions. Its a conducive but strenous environment due to targets and follow ups with various divisions, each solution is interlinked with others.Certain queries are resolved upfront and that lies on the profile one has on the system.Good system knowledge updated technologies. The role eqquips one to be on par with the ever changing ICT world.

Pros: excellent training and development
Cons: no recognition, no promotion
