Great Learning expereince but cannot work here for life

A typical day working for LaTlou is okay. Except doing other things on the job that are not on my job description such as Personal Assistant roles, Clerical Roles and Cleaning which is the worst of them all. My relationship with my co-workers is okay also except wanting to take advantage to of me every chance they get. When I started working I had no idea what Logistics entailed but I have learned a lot from working in Oracle, to giving out jobs and making sure that drivers are at customers in time and production or revenue has increased by 50% al least. I enjoy everything about my job as an admin except for the things I am not suppose to be doing by my boss. I have grown to love logistics to a point that I have decided to further my studies and open my own company one day.

Not your typical employer

Micro-management at its best manager can swap employees to work at another department for free. Loads amount of work with minimum wage salary, no benefits expect the worst. Being judged every week
