I have more than 12 years of experience who is studying BBA.

A mature individual with over 12 years of experience in training and development. I have strong people skills with different levels of people both internally and externally. I am assertive with good decision making skills, e-learning , management, research.Programmes designed as per company needs and development of people the key goal to the organisation. I am willing to go the extra mile that all training are completed with time and as per budget allocated for individual member. Plan, lead, organise and control with Prince 2 to ensure tasks are completed according to policy effectively and efficiently without compromising quality standards are met.

It's the best company to work for but there is no room for growth

Coordination of courses interact with candidates attorneys day to day. Confirmation of registration send course schedule and confirm venues where they supposed to attend . Dispatch material and upload other material online and send announcement and update them about new developments. I have a good relationship with my co-workers we work as a team. I have learnt a lot , eg how to update material and editing of a exam question paper. What I enjoy the most is working with instructors and candidates attorneys they are very professional . The most changeling is to source out venues .

Legal education

I have the skills and experience in e-learning and distance education. Co-ordinate training activities for legal education. Training LLB graduates doing their practicals. Work with different levels of people, designing material and developing online education to accommodate blended learning.

Excellent learning exposure

It was great working with the Law Society of South Africa the staff there would sometimes be difficult but working with them was a great and nice journey

Training Coordinator

Good working company very condicive .In our department we are very team oriented and goal driven always deliver in time.what i heve learnt is to take it easy and multitask and handle pressure as calm as possible.I enjoy working with people from diffirent diversity . The most challenging aspects of my job is when the candidates refusing to ake responsibility of their actions and put the blame on the coordinator .
