Pros: There was always work you never sat doing nothing always busy. You delt with contractors all day.

Good sales skills

Overall great company to work for. No room for growth. I’ve grown knowing the construction industry but just not passionate about sales. Targets got increased almost every month which made it even more difficult to achieve it.
