Excellent learning curve

I have used every situation that I face to my advantage, As I know I am still growing in this industry a grab every opportunity I have to learn something new. I have learnt a lot at Leafy space and I have met different people that have taught me new things every day. It has been the best learning curve for me.my relationship with workers is very good I have learnt and understood that people are different in many ways with different backgrounds so it is important to handle people individually. The most challenging part was when I had to jump into procurement as a matter of emergency it wasn't easy in the beginning having to deal with different site urgents who were not planning ahead on their sites now they had to be pushing me to procure their material as an emergency every now and the.

Pros: There was no great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Inconsistent of senior management

Excellent learning curve

It is a good working enviroment for , I start my day at 8 every day even though i come earlier, my relationship with co workers is very good you just have to understand that we are all different people and different backgrounds. i have learnt to work with different charactors i enjoy working on site more than everything. The most challenging thing about my current job is that people dont understand the urgency that is needed and they dont take it seriously.

Pros: No opportunity for promotion
Cons: No team work
