i lean to work with different people to handle conflict and to make client happy.my work in the company is to recieve School Tour application and process them i also assist with general administration

Pros: when you work hard they appreciate you by promoting and other to incorage the staff
Cons: we do not close when schools close

I AM LEANING GENERIC MANAGEMENT NQF LEVEL 4

I WORK AS AN ASSISTANT, I RECEIVE THE SCHOOLS TOUR APPLICATION AND PROCESS THEM AFTER I GIVE THEM TO MY SUPERVISOR TO BE SIGNED, MY CO-WORKER SHOW ME SUPPORT EVERYDAY BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT AM STILL LEARNING, WE WORK AS A TEAM , I LEARN TO WORK PEOPLE AND TO APPROACH CLIENT,I ENJOY HELPING CLIENT ALL THE TIME, ACCORDING TO MY THEY DON'T WANT MISTAKE BECAUSE IT CAN PUT LEARNERS IN DANGER

Pros: AT THE AND OF MY LEARNERSHIP I CAN GET PERMANET JOB
Cons: DEPARTMENT DONT CLOSE EVEN WHEN SCHOOL ARE CLOSE
