Excellent learning curve

Our company covers mainly divorce and motor vehicles accident claims; that is the so-called Road Accident Fund Claims. We work the normal eight hours a day. I have got an excellent working relationship with my colleagues. I have so far the magistrate's and high court procedures and practice. I enjoy mainly a discussions with my principal and my other colleagues particularly on complex issues which border inherently on the substantive questions of law practice, and the challenge that comes with making a decision on how we are going to proceed with a matter. The most challenging aspects of the job are dealing with the clients and lastly the salary candidate attorneys are getting from our principals which are not proportional to the kind of energy and effort we tender in service of the principal.
