Giving out information regarding our funeral policy and friendly societies to clients who visit us in our offices and those who calls. Capturing policies and societies, upgrading the packages and renewing lapsed once. Giving out policy numbers to all opened policies and societies for all branches we do have through our company. Updating clients policy booklets when they come to pay for our cashiers. My relationship with our management is good because if i want to introduce something to take our company to the next level they do allow me to do so. The most challenging aspects of my job is that i work under pressure if necessary.
Pros: working hard for taking my position to the next level.

UPGRADING MY WORK ETHENITY
Work under pressure if necessary. Good relationship with my co-owners. I learn everyday of my work premises. I enjoy communicating with my clients. Its challenging as giving out policy numbers to all opened policies from all company branches that the company have.
