Very exciting and challenging position

This is a very highly pressurised environment Long working hours Customer service is of utmost importance The staff is very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile The challenging aspects of my jobs is to ensure that the Distribution and Warehouse is kept running smoothly e.g. Tight Budget, Incidents Free, Maintaining a high customer service level. I thrive working under pressure, I am very system driven e.g. implementing reports, training and couching of staff were necessary

Pros: Currently i have reached my limits so to speak no room for promotions
Cons: I enjoy working long hours Warehousing & Distribution demands long hours

Very exciting and challenging position

Warehousing and Distribution is a very demanding environment, customers service, lead time deliveries, accuracy of order, servicing of vehicles, etc. I thrive working under pressure, I also enjoy working long hours, as long as the customer is serviced at the end of the day. I also enjoy travelling,

Very exciting and challenging position

I find my job very exciting and challenging and learning and sharing new ideas with your colleagues. I am very patient and always willing to help where needed, and I am a very good listener. I my environment one has to always be ready to put in the extra hours when needed. I enjoy working under pressure and multi tasking. Not meeting deadlines, and having to apologise for poor service. .
