Excellent learning curve

This was a great learning curve as we started the company as women only in a male dominated industry.Our economy is currently not doing well hence there are not enough projects available for us to sustain our company.

growth,loyalty,desiplined,values and unique

hard work pays with awards, bonus, promotions, the good team work with my colleagues with positive energy and positive mind set always makes my day lot easier and productive. I have learnt that a company and all its categories and employers and employees, everything and one in the company is as valuable as the other hence we have to be professional and respect.

Cons: dedication to deliver so i can grow financially at any cost

Excellent learning curve

its a typical working environment with enough skills, experience opportunities as it specializes with young employees that feeds one like me a fresh competition platform for growth purposes and ability of climbing the corporate ladder. I have learnt to apply my job ethics according to the company's vision, mission and objectives and that makes me to have peace of mind in most cases and with the company's tradition I find my word and competition with my co-workers purifying and my ambition addiction taken care off. most challenging aspect of my job is when my bosses have woken up on the wrong side of their bed.

Pros: great opportunity for growth
Cons: long working hours and extra hours
