Excelent learning

good working condition but the service to the customer was poor of which most of them were not happy with the company when it comes to render the service it promised.

Good Learning opportuinty

Ive been working 3 Years for this company and my work day is fairy busy dealing with clients complaints trying to make them feel better, as they phone in usually upset and demand answers. Our co-workers are all female so its quite stressful but i manage to separate work form friendship we all get along fairy civil and work comfortably, what Ive learnt in this industry is trying your best to keep good focus sounded voice, standing your ground with rude demanding clients. The best part of my job is hearing thank you after a long, tiring day just knowing you do mean something to not just your company but also clients who genuinely glad you answered the phone and help with out. most challenging is dealing with very rude clients over the phone and face to face. Thank You
