Working at legal wise was great where wehad had to reach 18sales target per day I liked the pressure that we had to reach it before we knocked off,my co workers were great in such a way we had to motivate the ones that were Behind of their daily target.I learnt that it is always good to work with a team and really enjoyed the days were we had to meet the target without new leads.

Pros: when i promoted form telesales agent to sales teamleader

Fast learner, very good at what I do and im abhuge asset to the company

Good day. I am looking for an administrative or Management job, i have a 6 year experience as an office administrator. Great experience and additional benefit to my studies

arriving early at office get organised before the day starts...welcoming clients....getting to know new people....solving possible problems...looking for a solution to any cause....trying to avoid conflict.... working towards a goal and achieving it.. Mostly working in a enjoyable stress free environment where we encourage, confide, trust and reliable towards one another. ..to get the day done.

A huge career opener

Here we pitch a sell to client the legal representation of client by firm lawyers. You plan your routines, identity your targets and make your sales pitch. it was a 7am to 7pm shift. We team up well with the crew especially when scouting for potential clients. How to join hands with others with what your know and get their inputs and still be allowed to make up your mind on what would best find your strategy. The notion that I would be meeting new clients every day (field work) was exciting. There you could literally plan your day as per the weather precaution yet, you would be field on the outbound of such readings was a bonus. I was long hours with less salary.and the fact that the prospects of promotion limited was my huge challenge.

Excellent learning curve

Dealing with clients is most challenging. I enjoy my work. A person get to know the strong and weak points when it comes to your work. Where there is a need for improvement, that is when something has to be done. My work is very challenging as you have to activate clients' policies and have to be accurate on that as there is lot of calculations. I have to also deal with clients' emails on a daily basis and attend to queries that come telephonically. Making sure work does not stay for more than a day or two. We work on a time schedule. So everything has to be attended to by the end of the day. Time management is very crucial I believe in that.

Pros: Needing an opportunity to be given a chance to explore other departments.
Cons: Less motivation

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

AT LEGAL WISE WAS SELLING SELLING A POLICY, EVERY DAY WOULD DEAL WITH THE ATTITUDE OF DIFFERENT PEOPLE BUT WOULD HAVE A STRATEGY OF MANAGING THEM, AND ALSO THE COMPLAINT THAT I ENCOUNTER. I HAVE LEANT A LOT ON SALES COMING OUT OF A SHELL AND BE ABLE TO HAVE CONFIDENCE AND BE OUT SPOKEN

Pros: WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY I HAVE LEAN'T MANY WAYS OF DEALING WITH CLIENTS

My job has given me so much knowledge I would not change that.

The first thing that i do when i get to work I check my email. Perform any admin work sent from the branch. I also deal with queries. Once that is done I download the bank statement this would have all the return debit order for that collection cycle as well has the cash payment. For the RD's I need to search for the policy number from an exel speed sheet sent by the bank every mornings. Once that is done I capture all these in to the system this is the only way the co pay gets it transaction records with all payment updated. I learn something new everyday because of all the different challenges that i overcome with a simile. The team of ladies that i work with are my second family.

Learning good communication skills

i learnt communication skills ,places and people in different provinces most challenging is not getting clients in time cause you have to meet your target,focusing on my team to reach target was the most challenging things i learned
