It has been a new and positive experience in an international company.

The day would start with opening the warehouse so staff could enter, then confirm with workers if planning board has been set properly for our daily targets and activities. I would then do the necessary inventory transfers from container and truck loads and proceed with order processing of stock distribution to various clients. This is also accompanied with daily task like, assisting with customer queries, staff management, assisting outsourced suppliers and production follow ups and reports. The thing I enjoy most about the job is the opportunity of networking and building new relationships

Pros: There would be opportunities to work abroad and travel.
Cons: The was no proper human resource structure to support workers.
