Positive stepping stone gaining confidence

typical work day starts with my IT duties making sure every user is up & running then if all IT duties a completed i assist debtors department. In the IT department i work by myself but the debtors team i join is fun & very helpful & productive. My previous director has given me priceless confidence by giving me task & duties that i would never thought i could do or complete but I have surprised myself & gained so much self esteem. I enjoy the fact that i'm under so much pressure it brings the best out of me & i get to learn so much day to day. Maybe switching between the debtors & I.T & doing the driving cause our company dont have a driver. So i have to collect mail & deliver some parcels to members or companies.

Pros: gained lots of knowledge in I.T as well as Debtors
Cons: currently no benefits
