A good place to learn and grow, you work independently.

I am a hard working professional who strength are most represented under pressure. I have worked on multi-million rand project ranging from 20mil to 120mil, including being exposed to estimating and all QS functions from the start of a project to its completion. Also have exposure in working with clients from different entities both government and private, all with their different expectation

Pros: You are given the opportunity to learn and grow
Cons: No support structure can easily fail.

Good place to learn and find your feet

I started straight from university, this has a perfect environment to learn and kind of find your way. there is enough room to learn and grow from mistakes and successes. you have a direct contact with the directors of the company. sort of an open door policy to interact with the guys who own and run the company. in that way my experience there was quite valuable. although over time it gets old if you are as fortunate as I've been to have done all types of projects within their portfolio.

Pros: Great place tp learn and grow
Cons: you may get looked over for raises or promotions
