Excellent faultfinder

Oversee two hospitals.daily checks of critical equipment and services.run outsourced projects .daily and monthly timecards. Building positive relationships with all stakeholders. Challenges that I like are unplanned breakdowns where I get to use my experience and interact with my team on solutions. I've learned to be calm and good listener . Mostly I enjoy skills transfer to and from my team.

Pros: Great opportunity of lateral movement in career
Cons: Unpredictable working hours

Excellent Learning Curve

The company has grown on a sleeveless. however the room for growth is very limed. they offer very small incentives to make you work and also have a very odd way of employment. their structure is very fragile as they are still growing the is very little or no room for growth. they do not train and many processes are non existent. all this aside they are developing and trying new things and are being innovated in the sense that they have implemented SAP across the group.

I have a strong grasp of finance procedures as well as the laws and governance surrounding corporate finance.
