Poor Management and insubordination

Management are not open for discussion. Making the working environment a difficult place to work in. workload whether one can deliver or not. Not open to new ideas, whether you have knowledge and experience and have solution that have worked previously.

Interesting, challenging and excellent learning curve

Everyday is different. People are great and the culture is positive for the business growth. We work hard and play hard and the business continues to grow year on year. I learnt about the healthcare industry which in itself has challenges outside of IT. I enjoy the freedom to express my talent.
