Good work environment and good people

Working environment is good, requires an independent worker, self motivated and self-starter. it has been a good experience, the people see each other as family and i have learned the value of building good relationships with people. i enjoy my role because it is not fixed, anything can happen and you need to be a person who is comfortable with uncertainty or rather be able to quickly adapt. most challenging is dealing with people on site and the unions
