Excellent learning curve

Leomat Construction has been an amazing learning curve because everyday is not the same.New projects,different sites,different environments,adapting to different rules.The job must always be done and everyone must return home safely.

Pros: Working with different people with different views and opinions
Cons: Staying true to myself as a female in a male dominated industry

Good company of employees

it was interesting to work here at first when it was still challenging because I had to cover work they had not done in 2 years but then it got boring over time because it was no longer challenging. the people I worked with were amazing, laid back and fun to be around. I have learnt to work around different characters. start work at 7 and get off at 4:30. not too bad for a working mother.

Pros: it was closer to home
Cons: not too challenging

Excellent learning curve

My company is one that thrives on hard work and producing results. On a typical work day I have no spare time...always busy. Good relationship with co workers. I have learnt a lot of life skills especially that I should always thrive on improving myself, always do better than my previous best. I enjoy all the challenges that come with my job because they help me grow. What is most challenging is that I am always expected to come up with solutions all the time, have to think on my feet.

Pros: Great for gaining experience needed in industry
Cons: Long working hours and low pay
