I am really learning to work in a real political and diverse environment where subordinates are not willing to change their lives in terms of studying further for career growth or learning new things on the job.

Pros: There is no opportunity for career growth from my side.
Cons: Hands on performing subordinates duties with them

MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY COLLEAGUES IS GOOD AS WE WORK WELL TOGETHER I LEARNED A LOT ABOUT ACCOUNTING ON A PRACTICAL POINT OF VIEW AND ALSO NEW THINGS PERTAINING TO SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
