Excellent learning curve

My day at work is is so hectic that when I get home am exhausted. It makes difficult for me to study and keeps me behind schedule. The work environment is very traditional traditional. I talk to basically everyone however the relationship is only at work otherwise outside the workplace environment doesn't not exist. We are only colleagues. I have learnt a lot in the position I am in where Ialso run an account which operates nationally. I have met people as I manage an account of one of the big banks in South Africa. The challenge comes in when one has to conduct meetings with the branches of the this big institution worse so when they connived to try and prove a point in making you look bad because they are not doing their jobs, yet they potty me as one at error. That is a very awkward situation to deal with. I have survived. Thank God.at work

Learning new things everyday of my life

My company doesn't take consideration of thier employees. The treatement that they give to their employees is below standard and some of their management lack experiance. Compered to the proffesionalism in the work areas they need to adjust in terms of experiance and character.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Lack of humanity
