Lesel Research is a good company to work for.

working in receiving is a typical work to do ,because when is approaching the end of the month is the beginning of hectic time and you will have to adapt to work under pressure. There will be too many trucks to be attended and at the same time you have to do monthly recon ,respond to the email answering phone calls and attending deliveries and all this you must manage them. In the hard work I have experience I have learned that perseverance is next to success, I have patient in every difficult situation I may encounter. To stay calm in a terrible situation helped me a lot to manage my work even though there's too much of work to do, I am confident enough to say that I can work under pressure and that I delight working under pressure. The relationship I have currently with my co-workers is quite interesting because I always make sure that no matter how hard the work is I must always keep out my smile and try by all means to stay fun but prioritising my job.

Cons: Having to work with people who don't do their jobs

Management

Have gained a lot of experience in managing people despline of all employes within the department working hand in hand with HR as well as safety of all employes , responsible for quality systems making sure all systems are followed and adhered .making sure all documents reflect physical procedures eg SOPS and driving production targets . Creating a condussieve room for team work to achive best results i enjoy much working with other people i am also open for lerning everyday

Learning fast an love working with people

I phindile ngubane enjoy working with people sharing ideas about out work.. Working as a team.. I am a hard worker and i learn very fast. Am a very kind person i love people when am doing my job i double check everything that i do to avoid mistakes. Thank you

Excellent Learning Curve

I have learned so much at this place and growth, I went from General worker to Assistant Compounder to a Compounder and finally a Snr Certified Compounder,and I also met alot of people with a common love of manufacturing, also learned how to adapt and work under alot of pressure and still achieve the given target

Pros: Great opportunity for Learning,Growth and Promotion
Cons: Working Long Hours During Weekends
