Junior Research and Development Technician

I work 9 hours, my day to day duties is formulating product, and blending laboratory trials and conducting sensory evaluation,. i also control all Quality and food safety management system documents. i train internship students. i work well with my colleagues and we have a very excellent working relationship. i learnt product formulations, document control, i handle several projects. I enjoy formulating the products. The most challenging part in my job is blending and formulating non-conforming product.

Pros: There are no opportunities for promotion, the only position one can be promoted to is Quality Assurance Manager.
Cons: working and staying in the farm where there are no transport

Great

The salary that iam currently earning doesnot meet the needs my family expect/want,as a result i ma looking for a job that will pay me 13000.and i also would like to study further for marketing management.sending my kids to better school is nowaday priority

Excellent learnig curve

i exceeds expectations in my job . i adapts to change easily, works well under pressure with a positive attitude and is detail-oriented. I also goes beyond the call of duty by seeking out and following up on additional responsibilities, and contributes frequently to department meeting , i am an active listener, manages his time efficiently, demonstrates professionalism and I am always conscientious about the quality of my work. Although i work well independently, i would benefit from additional team-building skills.

Looking for a job that pays better than the current

The current job salary does not meet my family needs,looking at the salary at your advert makes me think that i can survive with my family.look the current company this has issues separating blacks from,there is nonhope for promotion.i am tempted to think thank your company will outsmart my current workplace.
