Good working environment, with opportunities for positive growth.

I am always early at work, then start my day by reading emails, checking up my weekly plans then start to implement my daily, weekly and monthly goals. however working in a Head Office simply means not all scheduled plan will go as planned always but one thing to put in mind everyday is that happy and satisfied customers are very valuable for the company growth in all angle. this might be in advertising your company by word of mouth of services they get from employees within the company or support through buying your services or products. my typical day at work is always about been happy about my work and make those I assist to always come back for more of services and products my company offers. I work with student, interns, staff members, management of the College, visitors and external stakeholders.

Pros: Customers who are satisfied and call again.
Cons: Long working hours and sometimes without a break

My typical daily duties

Installation and troubleshooting of networked printers, internet connection, email access, wireless network connectivity, wired and wireless projectors installation, configuration and troubleshooting. CCTV camera troubleshooting and monitoring I have a good relationship with the Campus Manager, Senior Admin Clerk, All other end-users including students, and all other colleagues at other campuses are more like a family I have learned that everything I do, major and minor has to be double checked and verified to avoid lack of quality in my duties I have been always challenged during exams by running between computer labs and performing exam back ups in computer labs.

Pros: We upgrade one computer lab per year, we learn new technology every year
Cons: Preparation for exams take very long hours as i am taking care of eight computer labs which consist of 31 computers each

Fast learner and hard worker.

I am a hard working individual , always willing to learn new things. I work well with a team and I can also perform well working individually . I am a fast learner and I am always ready for challenges . Clients are always happy where ever am concerned because I am a people's person.

Pros: I grab opportunity and challenges with both hands and deal with them accordingly .
Cons: I am also prepared to week long hours, during weekends and holidays, work always come first.

Excellent

Working at the college has been great ,I have learned to be confident about myself and at my work, I have gained a lot of experience.operating a switchboard wasn't easy at first but the rule of using teamwork and asking around when not understanding worked for me

Pros: Less opportunity for promotion
Cons: Normal working hours

I learned excellent time management skill

It offers great opportunities for graduates in terms of exposure at work place and experience even growth.it teaches them to be professional in terms of meeting the deadlines and always being on time.

Excellence learning curve

I'm Mr Seshoka Mahlatse Given 27 years old I'm from Tembisa Winnie Zone 6.I'm handsome and hard working and energetic young guy.work under pressure and not a relying person. My work is very impressive only if I got chance to explore.
