Although I am matured, I am still open to learn from other employees.

I have a three year contract, but I had found that all the employees' contracts is going to be reviewed yearly. Previously it did happened with other employees with more or less the same contract than mine that they had been retrenched, I just want to be prepared.

Cons: Working hours, no other benefits

Reliable and responsible,Mature

Attendance at 07h30 Mondays to Fridays, no lunchtime (getting a day off montly), off duty after 17h00 or later. Alert and reporting about everybody's whereabouts in office hours. Highly methodical and a result orientated team player with a proven track record in solving problems. Hard working, well-disciplined, committed, reliable and always willing to take up new responsibilities and challenges. Delegate duties if necessary and lead by example. I am able to deal with all kind of individuals and groups. Always willing to attend to more than my regular duties or if a co-worker need assistance. Determined to find solutions and have the ability to approach problems from different angles.

Pros: Only working Mondays to Fridays
Cons: No more opportunity for growth or promotion in the company, long working hours, only on contract.

Trustworthy, reliable, conscientious, very responsible

Honest, committed, hard-working, good relationship with co-workers, like to support/assist co-workers, responsible, strict on attendance of employees, customer relations

Pros: I do like the normal routine of a typical work day, but also some different tasks to take care of each day to feel that I really make a difference.
Cons: No expectation for promotion, no professional environment
