Excellent learning curve

It’s and amazing environment for starters it teaches one how business works and how to work as a team to meet the customers needs and as well as how to allocate resources to best use. I’ve learned that concept that the customer is always right at first hand and problem solving techniques as well

Good

My current work is at sharemont investments and we get paid when we meet target or make a sale... we use our owe moneys to look for leads and attend appointments with customers set up by the company however the corporate culture is amazing everyone is family and they are a good company to grow with...there’s a lot of employees so competition is high

Cons: Use own money to find leads and see appointments
