Excellent learning curve

A normal day at work is quite long but productive, I have maintained a good relationship with co-workers and I have learnt how to deal with angry people, what I enjoy the most is seeing customers happy and the most challenging aspect is dealing with unhappy customers.

I learnt a lot in 19 years

A typical work day will be clocking in at HQ From there you will plan your day, which will include store audits, checking of cash up recons, sorting staff out eg absenteeism, relievers. Monitoring staff calls clock in time. Prepare all paperwork needed for the day. Confirm if appointments with clients and franchisees are still on. Meeting and planning with the other senior ops and brainstorming how to increase sales and staff performance. The most challenging aspect of the job for me is difficult clients that are facetious. I started from sales counter and worked my way up to operations. Basically an all rounder. I love new challenges and competition and detest been stagnant.
