Very ambitious,fast leaner,motivator,good planner,winner,results

1.15 minutes before the day start we need to have a meeting with all staff members, meeting to be conducted by the managers in informing the staff of their daily targets,figures in where a we standing as a branch, how much we need for the month to make it,and how much can we contribute as an individual,because this will be balanced back in the afternoon.2.during the day I need to do a one on one session just to check how far are they on what we agree on early in the morning,also to find who is struggling and help or give training.3.i have learn that people will respect or do what is checked,but if they know that they don't get checked they full around. 4.i enjoy working in the environment or a branch that achieve its target early before benchmark day,open communication environment.5.the most challenging aspects is when I don't have enough tools to do my job e.g staff shortage,stock shortage

Good company to work for

Good company to for a lot of work especially when you must call the clients to come and pay their accounts. The is a lot of growth in the company. Salary is not good at all

II amI am interested in the position because I wish to broaden my knowledge of counting stock and I also enjoy working with people. I am fluent in Tshivenda, English, Zulu, Pedi and Sotho. I am sure that I can make a contribution to your firm/company because I obtained a high marks for Entrepreneurship and Business Management and Cost and Financial Accounting N5 during the final examination.

Hard worker,fast leaner

Ambitious,good communicator,team leader,good planner.1 start our day by morning meeting, where by every one will be given a daily tasks to complete on that specific day,and in the afternoon every individual will be balanced back in checking how far are they with their daily actvities.during balance back I won't call all if them, normally it is a one on one session,that where I will be able to valuate their weaknesses,and provide help or training if neccesary.i have leant that people respect what you check on daily basis.I enjoy working in a professional environment,all of us working as a team through one goal,making our customers happy,customer service is a key.most challenging is working in an environment where by I don't have enough complement if my staff to do my task.

Excellent leaning

I had a good relationship with my manager and other workers ,what i enjoyed is that i gained some experience and the most challenging was to face difficult customers

Good learning curve

I have gained lotvof experience as I am working with different kind of people. In different departments I have learned to be a team leader because at some point I find my self as I have to do manangment tastbakI am the second in charge.I will be giving day to day report to the regional manager. I will be encouraging sales team to meet daily target as given Doing my job as clerk I must manage cash target Collect data Allocate petty cash Opening accounts for customers Phoining clients regarding account payments Counting stock Oder stock from suppliers Do jab oders

Pros: I will appreciate a lotbifvi can get promoted to became regional accounts mananger
Cons: I find it so difficult sometimes working till late special in winter

Excellent opportunitys

Treatment from senior members are bad. No respect. Don't care about people . Only their salary's. Threats from the morning till evening. A lot of favouritism.

Pros: Opportunity for promotion.
Cons: Long working hours
