Always a postive attitude, team player ,
A normal working day is always busy, telephonic technical support. always work well with others. from the time i came in the company i have learnt a lot internally and externally. i have gained a lot of knowledge technically. I enjoy working with the team we have as we always work as a family.

Excellent learning curve
I have experience in many fields. I developed software for arms deals, software for pharmacies, then I managed an import/export company...and was sent to work in China for 3 months. Now I am a customer service representative at LexisNexis in Durban. I process all orders, globally. I liaise with customers. I resolve customer queries to the best of my ability. I Have been complemented on a high customer Service satisfaction. I have excellent experience and good with people. I can without a doubt, work under pressure. I will be an asset to your company.

Excellent learning curve
I was hired as an intern, the internship was about 3 weeks (during winter vacation). Working at LexisNexis was a oppprtunity. I was exposed to the real world in the IT industry. We worked as teams, each team had a leader - I was in the testing team. The day would start from 08:00 - 16:30. Every morning we would have meeting with other testing teams; the one in Cape Town, it was required that each person to report what they did the previous day, the challenges one dealt with and also what they will be doing that day. I was fortunate enough to work with hard working team, that worked well together. We were from different institutions but we got along just fine, which made it each for one to ask for help if it was due. The most challenging aspect about the job was to trying to meet the team leader half way and learning as we working because during the time we were there the company was launching; moving from desktop to online.

webscraping for accountants and tax practitioners, scanning government gazzetes and upload to master file. Visiting websites and data capture of information onto a excel spreadsheet and also marketing labour law conference.

Incredible experience
I am hardworking, responsible, reliable and I meet all the deadlines. I work well independently and with the team. I perform variety of duties, handle many situations with ease and I adapt easily to any change. I handle stress well and stay calm under high pressure situations. I am dedicated to my job and I achieve my goals. I develop new ideas and get involved in different projects. I show desire to improve my skills and always willing to learn

Outstanding experience
I am not going to lie I truly love working for LexisNexis but can be difficult at times, it has been a wonderful experience for me, working environment is nice, with me I do have good relationships with my fellow colleagues just that I always try to made sure that I mind my own business and get the job done. 2020 was a difficult year but I had a successful year and was able to achieve my Year To Date target with 114% and I've learnt many things which I am grateful for.
