Working under extreme pressure

A work starts at 07:30 until 16:00. Lunch is 30mins. Thankfully, y relationship with my co-workers is fantastic. We work issues out and stand together to achieve the required goal. I've learnt that I do beyond what I expected and I've gotten a chance to work with Adobe After Effects more. The computers could easily be better for a faster job turnover time. I enjoy that I can work with other creative minds as I was working solo since 2015 so it's enjoyable to bounce creative ideas around each other. The most challenging aspects of the current job is having very little to no recreational time. I'd like work on my art, exercise and continue to study web development but because I've often had to take work home for extended hours, I've been unable to do so. 3 of my colleagues have had mental and physical breakdowns while working here. Overtime is not paid

Pros: Getting to learn some new things in a different industry
Cons: Very long working hours and toxic environment

They are racist!!!

they are unethical and racist. They claim to be one happy family but there’s no such thing. No room for growth because they are a bunch of psychos who lie and gossip and sabotage one another.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning about corporate world.

Poor management and lack of growth.

What I enjoy most is working wit what I enjoy most is working with peie on a daily basis. Ther3 is no culture in the company a d no balance of work and life. The decisions are only made by management and one will always be in the midst of where the company puts you. Immediate h people. Termination of employment could also occur.

Pros: Working with persons of different disabilities
Cons: Long hours and no compensation, retirement fund and bonuses.

Great experience and working skills

I enjoy my job however there is currently a lot of uncertainty because of retrenchments and I'm just looking for something more stable and I'd love to grow with a company and no longer have a job but a career.

Pros: Great company to work for
Cons: Uncertainty as a lot of people were retrenched recently
