Hard worker

I work well under preasure,im target driven as that is expected.I enjoy knowing that I have met all my client's requirements and im self motivated.It takes both parties for any business to grow and survive the owner and mostly its client and the is no query that cannot be resolved to satisfy both parties.I learn everyday as every sitiuation has its own challenges and solution.When im being kind to the next person the more happy I become and the most important thing is respect and the more I practice it the more I see that it the best free thing that build an ethic and great relationship with my managers and co-workers.

Team player

Im a team player, and i love working with my colleagues,mostly because i learn something from them. The challenges i come accross in a worling environment, i make sure not to entertain them , Id rather remain focused to achieve my set goals as per the company's policy's and expectations. I enjoy team work because mainly it builds ones self esteem and confident so that an employee is reliable and know whats expected of that individual. In my years of being an employee Ive learned to be mature and extremely discreet,especially around my fellow employees,mostly because i dont entertain "hearsays"

Hard worker

I Negotiate on the payments on behalf of the bank,I have to collect and make sure that that my daily and monthly targert is met. I work under presure but I can handle it and I enjoy challenges.I also ensure that proper legal process steps are in order for the each an every portfolio that I am assighned if arrangemnts are not adhered to by clients. I assist also in customer enquiries and queries. I am self motivated and also get inspiration from the team I work with, I believe we have something to learn from each other. I also know that for every business to succeed it takes hard work and determination and I always put more than 100% in order for best result to be achieved.

Learning experience

The company is hard working. There is a lot to learn if you are willing to put in the extra effort. We cannot move from department to department which is unfortunate. There is a chance to get litigation experience in various courts around Gauteng. One needs to be prepared to work exceptionally hard and accurately.

Posting/dispatching of summons to sheriff's and court Data capturing and updating case information on Excalibur Paying attention to detail and client's needs Assisting and training other team members
