Great opportunity to grow

LGR incorporated is one of the best collection company i know great working atmosphere but every company has it pros and cons, they have great incentives and commission when you reach target and we can work overtime as much as you want to boost your work, but its cons is that the competition they create among agents it tend to get personal and the agent end up secretly hating each other but company continues making money. My relationship with everyone is work is amazing i get alone with anyone i try to make sure everything is happy at work i bring fun, i enjoy helping my co-workers that bring happiness to me that i assisted someone.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow and they also assist with going to school studying LLB
Cons: Not creating a good competition

I can work under pressure and I am available and I am punctual. I am a fast learner and a team player I make target every month. I like to learn new things and i am available I can work even on weekends.

Great opportunities given to lead

The company I work for has given me an opportunity to learn, exposed me and allowed me to face challenges head on. My day at work entails sending out work, drawing work, updating dm11 , drafting judgments, receiving work from sheriff's and correspondents to update
