Good
At local Government SETA I've enjoy my work a lot and work Monday - Friday which is a good thing.my relationship with the co-workers was great because we were able to work as a team and teach each other other stuff of the work .I have learnt to be kind and not to be short tempered . what i enjoyed the most is working under pressure in order to meet the dead line. the most challenging aspect of the job was multitasking but when times goes on i enjoyed a lot and now i 'm able to work under pressure and multitasks my work and still meet the dead line.

It has been quite an experience working for the LGSETA.
Everyone is wonderful and diverse and the atmosphere is amazing. LGSETA really nurtures you and your skills and personal interests and offer a plentiful range of opportunities if you are open to the hard work it entails. Highly recommend. The challenges It is hard to progress to the next level of certain roles - I.e. management, full-time (if you aren’t already), etc. Not at all impossible but can take a long time and lots of hard work which isn’t always a bad thing.

Solidifying my expertise and testing new ways of doing projects
Its an exciting job of ensuring quality assurance of training provisions through monitoring and checks conducted to institutions. I have a good and dependable relations with team members. There is very little I have learnt as I am a seasoned professional in quality assurance. I enjoy capacitating new and emerging training institutions. Unplanned travels and lack of policies and systems.

Greart learning Curve
Working for the company has encouraged me to have a better understanding of SETA,s and have allowed me to play role in comunity development and being able to see the gaps between the comunity and the SETA,s. We have quite times and busy times. My relationship with co wokers is good because we all understand the reason why we are here and we all have the drive to succeed. The most challenging is filling the gap as much as we can
