A day in the Life of hard work paying off

A typical work day at my Work place starts off with pulling reports, lost sales, accounts on hold, then contacting clients to let them know shortfall plus checking if they needed any more stocks. Orders not only come through telephonically, but via my email, I respond and process as they come in. I work in a telesales office with five other co workers, we all work very well together and assist each other on very busy days. If anyone is away for any reason we all split the work load. I have learnt to be patient and understanding with Customers and to always go out of my way to give the best Customer Service. I am driven and motivated to achieve any goal set before me. The most challenging aspect of my job is dealing with out of stocks, as some of our products are imported and there is usually a time delay. It is for me very important to keep my client base stocked up and happy with my service.

Pros: Receiving commision on sales targets achieved
Cons: No oppertunity for growth within the business unit

I love my job and enjoy every moment of it. especial when I know that I have secured that order. Wow

Starting work at 8am. first go through our back orders and confirm them with clients then release, pull the call cycle for the day and check the emails for orders. call the customers as you go through with the incoming calls which includes queries, pricing , quotes and pacing of orders. I have a wonderful team that I work with. We joke, and help each other with what ever queries we might have difficulties with. I have learned to make decisions and work smart. to have a good lasting relationship with my clients. I enjoy when I am faced with a challenge and winning the battle. dealing with a difficult customer and as the saying goes 'the customer is always right" deal with the situation with the smile and keeping the customer happy.

Pros: Yes I want to see myself not as just a telesale person. I want a win
Cons: Need a job that I can work and give all, but be recognised by the end of the day

Learnt so much more

I grew from strength to strength in this compan. Learning about Quality Control. Being more involved with customer relationships, sales team, earning commission etc We earn a basic plus commission per month

Pros: gained much experience
Cons: no cons. just need change
