I enjoy my work at the moment.

Great company to work for. People work in teams with a lot of collaboration on projects. A typical work day is 8 to 4 with a generous lunch. There are no clock watchers here.

Pros: Good company to work for. A lot of specialists in their field. A good learning environment.
Cons: Not too many negatives here.

High pressure

Environment constantly changing. Different legislations and cultures across the various African countries. Understaffed Multiple projects running at the same time

Excellent learning curve

A good company overall. Staff are taken care of. There is a good culture that's friendly and helpful, professional. Service levels are of utmost importance. Senior management are very involved. Constantly encouraging staff.

Pros: Great opportunity to build a practice and annuity

TYPICAL TASK

My typical day will include onboarding of any new starter irrespective of the business areas. I will consult with clients, design learning material and facilitate the learning events. My relationship with my peers is good , I'm a team player and committed with passionate to develop staff as well as my team members where assistance is required. what I have learnt over the years is that effective communication becomes a critical attribute to have within any business. I enjoy engaging with the diversity within the business. The challenges of the job is the timelines set by business and not being realistic about the projects and the business thinks training is the answer to everything.

I have extensive experience in dealing with all local and some African ISP's (also with AT&T based in the USA). Whilst employed at LHH I was there go to guy to get links installed with ridiculous timelines, but I always delivered. I consider myself really comfortable in applying for this role as I know I can deliver and have built real relationships that makes me the perfect fit for the position. I am currently located in cape Town but would relocate to PE should I be successful in my application at my own(I am after all origanally from PE). Interviews would however have to be conducted from your cape Town offices

Pros: Very well experienced in dealing and negotiating with all ISP's both in SA and some African countries
Cons: African time somewhat different to SA time
