Liberty has taught me to be customers centric and be punctual all the time.

liberty Life has groomed me in such a way that everything I do I always put clients first.I work Monday to Friday,from 8:00-17:00 and as a client care consultant I enjoy interacting with clients because they give me a drive to work harder and to always put myself last in terms of work environment. My manager is very strict but she is a fair person and always wants what is best for clients and the organisation. I enjoy speaking to old clients as they are more patient and understand. Working in an inbound call Centre is not easy as you deal with different type of characters but it makes you a calm and better person because you forget about yourself and put the clients first. Overall Liberty taught to be confident and respect the next person.
