Excellent leaning curve
Liberty is a huge company that has 10000 and more employee, its employee is very professional and enthusiastic as we work with client day in and day out, so my relationship with my co-workers has to be excellent for the best interest of our client. I have learned that working together as team and not waiting for co-worker to come do something is the best tool because we all have each others backs and most importantly we all learn each others work. What I enjoy most is the communication and socializing within the team. The most challenging aspect of my job is work load and when everything is urgent, in that case time management kicks in and work over my weekends to get everything done.

I am a self-motivated, good-natured and competent individual interpersonal skills. Capable of working within a team and independently. I am able to add value to an organisation because of my ever-learning approach. I adapt quickly to new environments and able to interact with individuals at all levels. I undertake tasks with a sense of urgency - this has enabled me to consistently meet deadlines. In any given situation, I would embrace new challenges because it is through these challenges that I learn and grow. I am in search of a role which will enable me to fully apply my skills as I acquire new ones.
