Good knowledge gained in rotating equipment and supervisor experience as well. Not good management in terms of people and learning them enough skills. Taking to long to respond to problems as well

good company for experience purposes. too much mechanical work happening. its also interesting when I have to take responsibilities as a supervisor. I have leanr how to write daily reports,taking daily production
